How Puppyonair works

Renato, Puppyonair assistant

Hi, I am Renato

I help you understand whether a flight may work for you and your pet.

With Puppyonair you start from the route, add key details about your dog or cat, and compare options with more attention to pet rules. I do not sell tickets: I help you make sense of the checks before booking.

Booking a flight with a pet takes more checks than a regular trip. You need to bring together airline rules, route options, carrier size, pet weight, documents, airports and destination country requirements.

1. Enter your route

Choose origin, destination and travel date. If the date is flexible, start with the route first and then verify available travel days.

2. Add your pet details

Tell Puppyonair whether you travel with a dog or cat, the approximate weight, carrier information and useful details. Weight and carrier size matter when cabin travel is a possibility.

3. Compare options

Puppyonair helps you compare routes and airlines with pet policies in mind. Some options may be simpler, more direct or more suitable for a small pet in cabin.

4. Prepare documents and checklist

In your personal area you can keep profile details, pet information and your travel checklist together. Before departure, check microchip, vaccines, pet passport, certificates and destination rules.

5. Always verify before payment

Pet rules change and pet availability can be limited on the specific flight. Before buying, always verify current rules through the airline website or support team.

Renato's rule

First find a plausible route, then check the official pet policy, then book. Doing it in the opposite order is how travelers end up with a ticket that does not solve the pet problem.
